Account Management
2.1 Account Security

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal or in the case of any suspicious activity, 9xbd may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, driving licence). If you fail to provide the requested documents within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Currency
All transactions on the 9xbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted automatically and the applicable exchange rate may apply.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The accepted payment methods on 9xbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account used to deposit must be your own.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 9xbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
3.3 Illegal Transactions
If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected, 9xbd will immediately suspend the account and is obligated to notify the relevant authorities. 9xbd complies with the applicable anti-money laundering laws of Bangladesh.
Bonus-related balances cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met. See the bonus section for details.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To qualify for this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳300. The bonus will be added to your account automatically.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳100,000 in bets before withdrawing. The contribution of specific game categories towards meeting the wagering requirement may vary.
4.3 General Terms for Promotional Bonuses
- Each promotion applies to one person, one household or one IP address only
- Bonuses have a specific expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled after the expiry date
- 9xbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
- If bonus abuse is found, the related winnings will be voided
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved
4.4 VIP Cashback Program
9xbd has four VIP tiers. Through regular play you will gradually advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
The cashback amount is added to your account automatically every Monday.
Gaming Policy
5.1 Game Results
The results of all games on 9xbd are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any complaint regarding a game result must be submitted via live chat within 24 hours.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is not completed correctly due to a system error, network disruption or software failure, 9xbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Any abnormal winnings resulting from an error are not payable.
5.3 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 9xbd reserves the right to change the betting limits for any account at any time.
5.4 Game Providers
